Manson and I co-founded Harlin IT Services with a simple, shared goal: to help businesses get the absolute most out of their technology while building an ironclad defense against hackers.

My approach to IT is a bit unique—I’m actually the non-technical half of our leadership team. I manage our sales and business relationships, which means my real value to you lies in understanding your actual business goals and operational needs, completely free from confusing tech jargon. I act as your translator and advocate, ensuring our solutions match your bottom line perfectly while Manson and our team handle the complex engineering behind the scenes.

When I’m not focused on our clients, I’m usually planning my next trip. I’m an avid traveler, a massive sports fan—whether I’m playing or watching—and I’ve been happily married for 27 years with two incredible daughters.

Manson has a long and diverse career and has become an expert in many areas. From electronic and mechanical engineering, to physical infrastructure to advanced networking in both legacy systems (Novel) and current environ- ments, Manson has literally seen and done it all one time or another. After many years as the IS Director for a major medical manufacturing firm, Manson has spent the last decade consulting with some of the largest companies in the Pacific Northwest in the areas of Internet security, advanced workflows, and application performance. Now with Harlin ITS, Manson is bringing his amazing skills to our customers to make sure they are secure and performing at their best 24/7.

I originally joined Harlin IT Services when they acquired my Pacific Northwest-based MSP, and I recently became a full Partner and Chief Operating Officer to help drive the Harlin ITS vision forward. I share Aaron and Manson's commitment to building technology foundations that are both highly efficient and incredibly secure.

If Aaron is your business translator, I’m the architect making sure the gears turn behind the scenes. Drawing on my experience running my own MSP, my approach is focused heavily on execution. I manage our technical services and daily operations, ensuring that the complex solutions our engineering team designs are delivered with absolute precision to streamline your day-to-day workflow.

Now based out of Mexia, Texas, my time outside of the IT world is centered around my family and the outdoors. I have been happily married to my wife, Cheryl, for 29 years, and we are incredibly proud of our seven children and two granddaughters. When I’m not managing projects, you’ll likely find me hunting, fishing, or serving as an Amateur Extra HAM Radio operator focused on community and regional emergency communications.

I do the accounting for Harlin. The Engineers say I’m old school. My friends say I’m an old soul. And my grandkids just say I’m old. I think they are all correct.

Harlin is a great company to work for. The team here is like a family to me. We work hard together, we fight, we laugh, and we all care about each other. Even though I work remotely from the Heartland, I feel like this team is very close.

When I’m not making spread sheets and doing payroll, I spend my time alphabetizing the spice racks and the DVDs, people watching with my husband like it’s a competitive sport, baking bread, and planning trips in the RV to seek out the best breweries across the country. I live a simple life in a complex world.

I am happily married to my husband of 36 years, and together we have raised four wonderful boys. As a proud grandmother, I cherish the time spent with my three grandsons, who bring so much joy into our lives.

In my free time, I love cheering on the Mariners, getting lost in a good book and exploring the magic of Disney World. I also find joy in tending my garden and camping, where I create lasting memories with family and friends.
